3 John 1:2: Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.
A Ministry called to minister to the whole man - mind, body and soul. This Aerobic class along with healthy living tips promotes a healthy fitness program for your life. Aerobic exercise has been shown to decrease our risk of heart disease, assist in the achievement and maintenance of ideal body weight, and greatly improve the quality of life.

John 11:3-4 "Therefore his sisters sent unto him, saying, Lord, behold, he whom thou lovest is sick. When Jesus heard that, he said, This sickness is not unto death, but For The Glory of God, that the Son of God might be gloried thereby."
The vision of this women's ministry is to be a listening ear and a kingdom resource for the care of women and their families who are sick, whether spiritually or physically. We are commissioned to sit at the feet and be a listening ear to God first, listening to his daughters, and actively responding as needed, under his direction. We shall work together as sisters in kingdom kinship so that the Son of God might be glorified.
